Recently, FRP successfully shipped a complete barite processing line to a client in Nigeria. The system was independently designed and manufactured by FRP, and includes a jaw crusher, vibrating screen, jig concentrator, belt conveyor, and water pump.
The barite processing plant adopts a simplified crushing – screening – jigging flowsheet, ideal for barite ores with low clay content. The compact layout ensures easy operation, low maintenance requirements, and stable concentrate recovery with high processing efficiency.
Before shipment, all equipment underwent strict quality inspection and test runs to guarantee reliable performance and quick, trouble-free installation upon arrival in Nigeria.
